    We do not guarantee outcomes or the availability of third-party professionals. We facilitate matches and recommendations.

    Electronic Communications & Text Messaging

    By using our Services, including but not limited to submitting service requests, communicating with our concierge team, or interacting with the AMG Chatbot, you consent to receive communications from us electronically, including via email, phone, and SMS/text messages.

    You acknowledge and agree that:

    • You may receive text messages from us for service updates, confirmations, scheduling, reminders, or to facilitate your requests made through the SMS or other concierge channels.

    • Text messages may be automated or sent by a team member.

    • Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile carrier.

    • You can opt out of non-essential SMS communications at any time by replying STOP or contacting us at concierge@amoderngent.com.

    Text messaging may be required for optimal use of our concierge tools and communication features. If you opt out, some service features may be limited.

    AMG serves as a liaison to coordinate services through third-party providers. While we handle sourcing, scheduling, and communication, all vendor fees are the responsibility of the client and are billed directly by the provider. AMG does not collect or process payments on behalf of third-party vendors unless otherwise stated.

    Task Duration Limitations

    To ensure exceptional service and fair use across all membership tiers, individual task requests must not exceed 1.5 hours in duration.

    If a task exceeds this time frame:

    • It may be counted as multiple tasks based on time used (e.g., one task taking two hours to complete = 2 tasks used).

    • It may be broken down into smaller tasks and completed across multiple days.

    • It may incur an additional fee for extended labor or high-effort coordination.

    • AMG reserves the right to decline or reprioritize requests that exceed scope.

    This policy helps us serve all clients efficiently while maintaining our high standards of discretion, quality, and timeliness.

    Intellectual Property

    All content, logos, designs, and trademarks are the exclusive property of the Company. You may not use them without permission.

    Limitation of Liability

    Our Services are provided "as is". We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.
